the whole family totally has it in front of the camera.

aren't they the cutest?

this one was totally the two oldest girls idea.  they wanted to stand in a circle around mom and dad and look up at them while they kiss.

i need to bring them to all my shoots.

and this has to be the best family picture of all time.  who do you think taught her this? 

longing for color! (and spring.)

the girls and i went on a hunt for color! in anticipation of a family shoot next week. everything is still looking pretty brown (what's not covered in snow, anyway).

we didn't get very far, since it started to snow.

oh, boy.

i love the look and feel of this one. so indicative of the look and feel of today.

we are sooo ready for spring, and warmth, and sunshine. how about you?
